Your mechanical building systems are an inherent part of your property’s ecosystem. As such, planning is vital. We work with building managers, project managers and main contractors to deliver a fully coordinated and costed commissioning programme, a procurement schedule for plant, materials and subcontractors, and an allocation of direct labour. All materials are sourced through our trusted, reliable supply chain to offer you the very best quality.

Our engineers adhere to scrupulous standards and create high quality, properly commissioned, energy efficient mechanical services that are fully compliant with regulations and adhere to BREEAM, Part L, SBEM and BB101 guidance. Safe systems of work are in place including safe isolation of mechanical installations before alterations or installation takes place. 

We also thoroughly test systems before handover – assessing chlorination, pipework pressure, ventilation flow rates and balancing. We’ll also, as appropriate, carry out system disinfections, pipework flushing, gas test & purging, fire damper drop tests, LTHW balancing certs and TMV temperature checks. This, coupled with built-in ease of use and maintenance, will ensure your mechanical systems are comfortable, sustainable and safe for all users. 

From the day of handover, we provide on site labour and support for 1 year, which can be extended if you wish to take out a maintenance contract. We’re known for our friendly, non-combative approach, becoming very much a part of a main constructor’s team and building great relationships – as well as great systems – across the M&E sector.
