With all electrical work, safety is paramount. We adhere to safe systems of work at all times – including safe isolations of electrical services before installation or alteration takes place. Testing is of course essential, and our teams rigorously follow the procedures for electrical installation testing set out in BS7671.
Our operatives create high quality, properly commissioned, energy efficient electrical services that are fully compliant with regulations and adhere to BREEAM, Part L, SBEM and BB101 guidance. This, coupled with built-in ease of use and maintenance, will ensure your building is comfortable, sustainable and safe for everyone using it.
For aftercare, as a minimum we provide on-site support for 1 year from the day of hand over, which you can extend with a separate ongoing maintenance contract. We’re known for our friendly, non-combative approach, becoming very much a part of a main constructor’s team and building great relationships – as well as great systems – across the M&E sector.
