What professional accomplishment are you most proud of? – After failing to secure an electrical apprentice position after leaving school I dabbled with various building trades until I finally decided to put myself through college, West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds, a few years later I passed out and was awarded the Rogers precision cup for being the best apprentice of the year!! With my new qualification, I thought what do I do now so I started my own company, after a couple of iterations DPL was formed. Through DPL we have been able to offer hundreds of apprentice positions and training opportunities, that’s what makes me proud!! What do you enjoy most about working for DPL? – The fantastic people I work alongside, the employment and training opportunities we offer youngsters, and seeing DPL Group grow and become what it is today while still retaining its family feel.
