Electrical Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit competitive tenders within agreed timescales
• Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Produce accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers throughout the tender process.
• Conduct site visits where required
• Maintain accurate tender documentation and records

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous Electrical Estimating experience within a similar
  environment – Minimum of 3 years experience
• Basic IT skills. Windows (Word, Excel etc)
• Up to date specific product knowledge
