Reactive Helpdesk Scheduler

We are looking for a Reactive Helpdesk Scheduler to come join the team here and support the whole DPL Group
Full/Part-time: Full Time
Salary: £28,000pa
Location: Ipswich

Main Role:

  • Managing engineer diaries and prioritising work orders for timely completion of tasks within KPI
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Updating work orders
  • Providing up-to-date information on task status to the client and internal stakeholders
  • Prioritising urgent tasks and statutory works
  • Liaising with contractors alongside the internal engineering team

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience working in a scheduling role is desirable
  • Good level of IT skills and literacy
  • Proven experience with excellent customer service skills job
